The Profile screen organizes everyone that is involved in your training program: full-time and part-time employees, contract staff, volunteers, instructors, etc. For each person, Conductor creates a profile that tracks common human resource information, and can even include a photo. Conductor also can group, sort, and filter your employees by common factors like their department and/or position. Even if you have thousands of people in your organization, Conductor keeps everything perfectly in tune.
